Reading our Books!

Our awesome first week of camp concluded with each student presenting their books to the class in a "guest author" type of format. Students talked to the class about themselves and took questions. They discussed their writing style and the techniques they used to create the illustrations.

Students left camp with their picture, pop up, and flip books as well as with a significant increase in their confidence to create both through their art and with their words.
